Accommodation/Group Terms
Final numbers are to be confirmed 60 days prior with final payment. Sole use of the property for accommodation and 'social gatherings' only**. This property is not suitable for parties/functions. The spa area, parking and driveways are not shared with other guests and are for paying guests only (no visitors are allowed on the property without prior authorisation by management. There is a minimum 2 night on weekends. Last minute one night bookings may be available on weekends within 14 days. There is a minimum 3-7 night stay during Christmas, Easter and January Peak times. A security deposit is required to be paid by cash or credit card 7 days prior to booking date: Group Accommodation - $1500 - $2500 per booking The Beach Retreat/The Love Shack - $200 Additional security deposits may be imposed at the owners discretion and/or during peak times. Loss of security deposit or part of thereof will occur in the following circumstances: Excessive noise/music disturbances at any time of the day/night Cleaning/Replacement costs for mess and/or damage to property Excessive rubbish or cleaning requirements including spa use Charges apply for call outs where any guests are at fault ($100 per call out) Additional $100 administration fee applies for any breach of these terms and conditions, per breach.
General Accommodation Booking Terms: 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation (for internet banking only payments) 100% deposit is required to secure your reservation (for on-line bookings) Refunds will not be issued, unless the accommodation is re-sold. In this case the deposit will be refunded less a 20% administration fee. Refunds will not be issued and the full amount of your booking is payable within 60 days of your booking date, unless the accommodation fee.
In the instance of a no show, Refunds will not be issued. Special Offers and Coupons are not redeemable on Public Holidays and Christmas School Holidays.
**Definition of Social Gathering: a group of people gathered together for social meeting or get together.
